Search Engine Advertisement Social Media Email Family/Friend Other 1) REFERRALS Agency Referal * Golden Oak Family Staffing will refer Candidate applicants (hereinafter referred to as “Candidates”) who meet the Agency's qualifications and align with the Client’s requirements. The Agency will refer at least one Candidate to the Client within the first eight (8) weeks of signing this agreement. I understand and agree to the above terms. Client Screening * The Client is responsible for carefully screening and interviewing all referred Candidates to ensure they meet the Client’s criteria and expectations before making any employment offer. I understand and agree to the above terms. Non-Referral Agreement The Client agrees not to share or refer any Candidates introduced by the Agency to any other individuals, families, or businesses without the Agency’s prior written consent. Candidates are also prohibited from referring other individuals to the Client or the Client’s associates for temporary, babysitting, or long-term jobs unless expressly authorized by the Agency.
